Stephen Dent is a licensed CPA and the president of Dent Inc., an investment banking firm located in Greenwich, CT, which he founded in 1986. In addition to being the company president, Stephen oversees all of the company’s investment activities.

Prior to staring Dent Inc., Stephen spent the majority of his business career involved in numerous finance and investment activities. He’s worked exclusively in the areas of finance, investments and acquisitions since 1982.

Mr. Dent’s career began with a three-year stint at PricewaterhouseCoopers, after which he joined the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. upon completing graduate school.

Subsequently, Stephen entered the private investment partnership, Rozenkranz & Company, where he specialized in acquisitions for the company’s own account.

In addition to being a CPA, Stephen Dent holds a BA and a MBA from Harvard University. Although he devotes considerable time to his work, he does find time to indulge his boyhood hobby of marine life.
